AI Enablement

Make every person more productive.

Buying AI seats doesn’t change how people work. We sit down with your team, on their real work, until using AI is a normal part of their day.

TL;DR
Who it’s for
Companies that bought AI seats and aren’t seeing much change, or are about to and want to get it right.
What FM delivers
Claude setup, playbooks for each role, and hands-on sessions on your team’s real work.
Engagement length
2–3 weeks to start; 4–8 weeks of sessions, one team at a time.

What we mean by enablement.

Work is changing faster than most people can keep up with. Plenty of people use AI to clean up an email, but haven’t seen what it could do for the core of their job. We help each person find that, and teach them what’s now possible.

It looks different for every role. For a strategist, research that took a day might take an hour. An account lead walks into every meeting already briefed. An analyst has a first read on the data before lunch.

When it comes to AI adoption, most companies stop at the purchase. They buy licenses, hold a lunch-and-learn and wait. A few people take off, everyone else decides it isn’t for them, and the bill keeps growing.

We work team by team on the work your people actually do. They leave with playbooks they’ll keep using and clear rules for what can go into which tool. And once your people are comfortable with AI, you’re ready for the bigger step: a system that makes the whole company smarter.

When it helps.

  • You bought seats and only a few people use them.
  • Some people get real value from AI and nobody else knows how they do it.
  • Your team is nervous about AI and needs practice, not another demo.
  • You don’t have clear rules for what can go into an AI tool.
  • You’re rolling out Claude and want it to stick the first time.

When it doesn’t.

  • Your people already use AI well, and now you want the whole company to get smarter. Look at the Agentic OS.
  • You need software built. Look at Custom Software.
  • You want a one-off training to check a box. That won’t change how anyone works.
  • You want a strategy deck. We work on the work itself.

How we work with your team.

This is hands-on work with your people, not a software project. We start by finding out where each team is today, then work alongside them until the new habits stick.

Tools and frameworks FM uses

Starting Point Review

Short interviews to see how each team uses AI today and what’s holding them back. Specific to each role, not a generic survey.

Role Playbooks

How account leads, strategists, analysts and operations people can use AI in their own work. Written to be used and updated, not filed.

Working Sessions

Small groups working on real tasks with their own files. People leave with work done, not just notes.

Tool Checklist

A simple way for your team to judge new AI tools themselves, so you don’t need an outside opinion every time something launches.

AI Use Policy

Plain rules for what can go into which tools, especially client data. Written with you, not handed down.

Champions

We find the people already getting the most out of AI and help them teach everyone else after we step back.

Frequently asked questions.

How much does it cost?

It depends on how many people and roles are involved, so we give you a specific range after a 30-minute call. We usually work one team at a time, so you can start small and add teams later.

Who needs to be involved on our side?

A leader who owns it, plus the people whose work is changing. To start, we talk with four to eight people across teams for about 30 minutes each. The sessions are small groups of the people who will use AI every day.

How is this different from the Agentic OS?

Enablement makes each person more productive with the tools they already have. The Agentic OS makes the whole firm smarter: one shared memory of every client and project, with agents that act on it. Many firms start with enablement and build the operating system once their people are comfortable.

Will our data stay private?

Yes. We sign NDAs, work in your systems where we can, and recommend AI plans that don’t train on your data (Claude Team and Enterprise, the Claude API, ChatGPT Enterprise and similar) for anything sensitive. The policy we write with you spells out the rules.

What if we’re not technical?

Most of our clients aren’t, and that’s fine. This is about how people work, not about engineering.

Can’t we just do this ourselves?

Some teams can. We make it faster: playbooks based on what’s worked at other companies, a policy that holds up, and champions who can carry it on. If you want to run it yourselves after the first team, that’s what we set you up for.
